In Peshawar, a dera is the gathering place - a courtyard where stories simmer alongside the karahi, where guests are family the moment they sit down. We named our restaurant after that feeling because that's what we serve, plate after plate.

Every dish is rooted in the open-fire traditions of the Khyber: bone-in karahi blistered over high heat, seekh kababs laced with hand-ground spice, biryani layered slowly until each grain holds its own. All halal. All cooked the long way. All meant to be shared.
